According to TMZ, Sheen’s ex-wife Denise Richards might testify in the comedian’s criminal case next month. The disturbing reason?
The district attorney is interested in a declaration Richards signed (under penalty of perjury) on December 30, 2005. On that day, she got a restraining order against the Two and a Half Men star and swore the following in court:
In the middle of an argument, Denise was holding her and Charlie’s daughter Lola. From there, Sheen “pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children’s toys and fell on the floor with Lola.”
Under oath, Richards said her husband screamed: “I hope you f-cking die, bitch… You are f-cking with the wrong guy.”
Sheen denied this allegation at the time, but a prior incident of wife-threatening won’t bode well for the actor. If subpoenaed, Richards will testify about this exchange in a Colorado trial, where Sheen faces a felony charge of menacing.
It sounds as though the nickname given to Sheen’s iconic Major League character (“Wild Thing”) applies to the actor, as well.
Britney Spears NOT Releasing New Album This Summer
Recent rumor suggesting that Britney Spears is going to drop another studio album this June has been denied. In her official site, the report which was run by TMZ is called BS by management team of the “Circus” singer.
It’s true that Britney has kicked off recording sessions for her next studio project but there is no discussion yet concerning the release date. “There has been zero discussion about it,” a representative from her label Jive Records confirmed to Just Jared.
While it is unknown when the album is going to hit the market, words on the street swirl that the likes of Darkchild, David Guetta, Cisco Adler and Sean Garrett have jumped on board to help her finishing the record. Previously, KIIS-FM hinted the fresh material produced by David will be sent to radios this March.

Britney Spears just spent $700,000 renovating her Calabasas, Calif., home – with $150,000 going for furniture, $200,000 for artwork, $100,000 for a bathroom, $150,000 for electronics and close to $100,000 for Venetian plaster walls. “Britney remodeled her entire home,” says a source of the singer, who’s reportedly on a $1,500-per-week allotment from dad/conservator Jamie Spears. “She loves spending money.”
I know that $100k figure may seem steep, but you try installing a White Castle franchise in someone’s bathroom for less. Seems like Britney got a pretty damn good deal to me. Bonus: she gets 25% off all combo meals on Thursdays. Sweet!

Britney Spears has some sensitive information to hide and it’s not the fact that there’s no way these latest Candies pics were taken recently or outside of a virtual reality. TMZ reports:
Lawyers for Britney Spears’ conservatorship have made their move to keep confidential “critical information” about Britney and her children.
The information is so sensitive the lawyers note on the open market “The possibility of such enormous profits presents a substantial risk that Ms. Spears’ most confidential medical and personal information will be disclosed.”
So the attorneys want the sensitive info about Britney, Sean Preston and Jayden James sealed, and stat.

Britney Spears prompted fears for the health of her two young sons on Monday, February 8 after she was escorted to a kids’ hospital in Los Angeles by police – for a “routine check-up”. The “If You Seek Amy” singer arrived at UCLA Medical Center’s Mattel Children’s hospital shortly after midday in a three-car convoy, led by a pre-planned police escort.
Sean Preston and Jayden James, Spears sons with ex-husband Kevin Federline, weren’t seen with her when she entered the clinic, prompting speculation the news wasn’t quite as serious as first reported. The star’s publicist initially refused to respond to requests for comment, before admitting to x17online.com, “Everything’s fine. Britney is there for an annual physical.”
No further information was available at press time.

Britney Spears’ New Single to Come Out in March
Britney Spears’ brand new single which is yet to be titled is rumored to be sent to radios in March. The news was brought forward by KIIS-FM which also hinted that the song may be the one which is produced by David Guetta.
The album in which the track appears, meanwhile, reportedly will be dropped several months afterward. On what to expect from the “Circus” singer’s forthcoming album, one of its producers Jon Asher told New York Post that it will feature “epic” sounds.
“Epic Pop is a genre that I am pioneering at the moment. Music that has meaning. It’s not your everyday pop love bug sound. It’s upbeat rhythms and sounds with meaningful emotional lyrics that people can feel. Something that truly moves you,” he explained.
