Lil Wayne is a famous rapper who had been in the business since a very young age. Lil Wayne comes from a very poor section of New Orleans known as Hollygrave. Lil Wayne grew up with his mother. His father left the family when he was just an infant. Up until Lil Wayne was sixteen, Reginald “Rabbit” Carter has been acting as his step father.
As a young boy, Lil Wayne was already fascinated with the rap industry. He was especially interested in Cash Money Artists such as Pimp Daddy and U N L V. The Cash Money Artists were a group of rappers from the New Orleans area. Lil Wayne wanted to be one of them.
Lil Wayne began rapping at block parties and house parties. He caught the attention of Lil Slim. Lil Slim was an earlier Cash Money Records artist who came from the same neighborhood as Lil Wayne. After hearing Lil Wayne, Lil Slim let him come along to an autograph signing. It was there that he met Ronald and Brian Williams, the two owners of Cash Money Records. The Williams brothers were very impressed with what they heard. He wanted to see how tenacious Lil Wayne would be. At eleven years old, Lil Wayne began calling Cash Money Records every day, free styling on Baby’s answering machine. He haunted the offices of Cash Money Records every day. Finally, Baby saw so much engagement in Lil Wayne that he decided to sign him.
Baby hooked Lil Wayne up with another new rapper named Lil Doggie, who later became famous as B.G. The two came together and called themselves The B.G’z. The group released their one and only album titled True Story in 1995. At the age of thirteen, Lil Wayne quit school to pursue his rap career. Most rappers in Lil Wayne’s age group like Romeo or Bow Wow would rap about adolescent issues. Lil Wayne did not use adolescent issues and did not use profanity in his rhymes either.
In 197, Lil Wane hooked up with Juvenile, Turk, and B.G. and formed the Hot Boys. In 1997, they released Get It How You Live with great reviews. The four teenagers had many fans throughout the South and the Midwest. In 1998, they released Guerilla Warfare and in 2003, the released Let

Lindsay’s Family
Lindsay Morgan Lohan, formerly known as Lindsay Dee Lohan, was born in New York City and raised in Long Island. Lindsay is the oldest of four children. Lindsay is the only talent in the family. Lindsay’s brother Michael was cast as “Lost boy at camp” in The Parent Trapk, starring his sister. Lindsay’s sister Aliana is a model and aspiring actress. Dakota is Lindsay’s other brother who is a fashion model.
Lindsay’s mother’s name is Dina Lohan. Dina was a Rockette at Radio City Music Hall. After leaving show business, Dina moved on to Wall Street to become an analyst. After Lindsay’s career took off, Dina decided to devote all of her time being Lindsay’s manager.
Lindsay father’s name is Michael Lohan. He inherited his family’s pasta business which he later sold. Lindsay’s father spent mush of Lindsay’s young teen years in jail for securities fraud. The most recent stint for Michael in prison was for aggravated unlicenced driving and attempted assault. These stays in prison have done nothing but tear the Lohan family apart. All members of the Lohan family have dealt with a lot since Michael’s incasiration. Today, Michael Lohan is still trying to get back into his family’s good graces.
Lindsay’s Early Career
Dina Lohan wanted to get Lindsay into show business. She wanted to start out with modeling. In a modeling world that consisted mainly of girls with blonde hair and blue eyes, Ford Modeling Agency agreed to take her on. Lindsay did over one hundred ads for Toys ‘R’ Us. She had several spots with Calvin Klein Kids, most of which were with her brothers and sister. Abercrombie Kids was another modeling.
Lindsay’s Movie Career
Lindsay began doing television commercials after her modeling work. She did commercials for Jell-O and Dunkin Heinz. Lindsay told her mother that if Dunkn
Heinz rejected her, she would not want to act to anymore. These commercials led to her first role o television. Lindsay got a role in the soap opera Another World playing Ali Fowler. It was this role that started her off as a star.
Lindsay’s Career with Disney
Lindsay’s big break came when she got the lead role in the Disney remake of The Parent Trap. This was a difficult role for an eleven year old. She was playing a duel role and the characters that she was playing had two different personalities. Critics gave her excellent reviews. One critic even said that she did a better job than Hallie Mills, the girl who had the lead in the original Parent Trap. Lindsay signed a three movie contract with Disney. After The Parent Trap she had a role in Life Size with Tyra Banks and Get A Clue. Lindsay had a double big break when she was chosen for the lead role in Freaky Friday. She not only had the lead acting role but she was also able to show off her singing talent for the movie. Lindsay was working on her debut album and was able to show off some of those talents in the movie. Lindsay’s character in the movie was in a band so Lindsay was able to showcase her talent.
Breakout
In 2004, Lindsay Lohan got the two roles of her life. Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and Mean Girls showed everyone what Lindsay could do. Both movies did incredibly well in the box office. These movies paved the way for Lindsay to do more diverse and serious films.
Lindsay has come a long way from the little girl who was signed to the Ford modeling agency.
